Always make sure your chest is clean, dry and free of moisturizers as these might interfere with the pads adhesion

Remove the pads from the protective film. Apply adhesive side to your chest and neck, pressing firmly for a better fit. Remove any air bubbles
Step 3
Let it work overnight or for a minimum of 3-4 hours while relaxing. Don’t use them while working out because sweat and continuous movement will make your pad come off. When finished, remove the pad slowly with an upward motion
Step 4
After usage, if needed, gently wash your pad with soap and cold water – this will remove the exfoliated skin cells. Use a soap free of any oils or moisturizers. Let your pad dry and put back on the sheet until next use
